To enable EVERYBODY the opportunity to gain something from yoga.
Kim Pierpoint, a qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher, teaching in the Reading and Berkshire areas.
A little bit about Kim
I have been practicing yoga for just over 19 years and teaching for 12 years. My first qualification is in Horticulture, I have worked in a variety of sectors within this area and still remain active as a trainer/teacher.
I love all styles of yoga, including hatha, vinyasa, restorative and yin yoga. Much of what I like can be found in my varied classes.
In 1995, I went along to a yoga class and instinctively knew before I walked through the door it was something I’d enjoy. In 2005 I decided to train as a yoga teacher, with the British wheel of Yoga.
I was lucky enough to inherit my first class from my then teacher, as she was moving to France. I now run several yoga classes across Reading and in the rural areas of West Berkshire.
Yoga makes me feel comfortable with myself and helps me to cope with every day life, and I want to share this with the people who attend my yoga classes. I always welcome suggestions and feedback.
I want to encourage people to enquire into their own yoga experiences and understand the many benefits. Learning to know yourself is the most important part of yoga.
Please feel free to contact me to ask any questions about yoga.
I am a keen scuba diver and love cooking. My other areas of interest are laughing and being about happy people.
